RegBird is a specialized partner for the financial sector in the field of Finance, Risk and Regulatory Reporting, Data Management and Data Analytics.
RegBird Consultants have a balanced knowledge between the IT, Finance, Risk & Regulatory Reporting domain. They have demonstrable experience in implementing Regulatory applications (RegTech), Regulatory Compliance as well as in Data Management processes. Partly because they can place details in the bigger picture, they are able to make a difference in the project.
The briefing: Compendium X
RegBird has previously developed a knowledge environment under the name ‘Compendium X’.
Numerous laws and regulations concerning financial products are included in this environment. It chops legal texts into small chunks with Artificial Intelligence, which they index to make it easily searchable.
RegBird approached Ngrane to help them define a new brand and simplify complex documentation with User Experience Design.
Transforming complex information into easy access content in three days
The challenge was to develop the user interface for this technical solution. The thousands of snippets must be combed, but it has to remain a quick fix for the client.
Day #1
Understand
Day one was used to understand and unravel the complexity of the matter. To get to know the concept, the target group, and the content.
Day #2
Ideate
Day two was all about ideation. The first sketches of a prototype were made and criticized. At the end of the day, the best idea was chosen.
Day #3
Prototype
The first version of the working prototype was presented on day three after a short break. RegBird provided some feedback, which was incorporated into the final product.
An application that is bothfunctional and user-friendly
After some feedback, a fully functional and clickable prototype was delivered.
It offers support for graphic design and will guide the developers in their process. RegBird will now conquer the market with their revolutionary idea to simplify Regulations.
