About our recruitment team

As part of our recruitment team, you will work for clients that make use of our design, development, and marketing advice and support, but also work on the staffing and employer branding of Ngrane.

Ngrane is looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will need to be confident in building relationships through conversation, whether phone-based or in-person. Our ideal candidate has a competitive streak and is motivated and ready to learn the Ngrane way.

About the role

Recruitment Consultant

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be (leading the way in) supporting our clients with external resources/experts in Design, Software Development, and Digital Marketing. Also, you will be responsible for building the internal team of Ngrane!

What you’ll do

  • Overseeing the hiring life-cycle of our (freelance)colleagues – creating job ads, working with clients and brokers, pre-screening candidates, and everything that goes between;
  • Supporting our Employer Branding initiatives through our career website and social media;
  • Scheduling interviews and acting as point-of-contact to candidates for all interview administrative details as well as maintenance of our e-recruiting tool;
  • Working on different kinds of projects, e.g., conducting market research;
  • Improve the way we organize the day-to-day activities of our recruitment.

About you

Who we’re looking for | Culture

  • A degree in Human Resource Management, Commercial Economics, Social Studies, Communication, or in a related field;
  • Confident, with good communication skills;
  • Take great pride in delivering excellent client and candidate service;
  • Able to manage your own time;
  • Curiosity and willingness to ask why and openly disagree;
  • Resilient and with a strong sense of personal initiative;
  • You are a Dutch speaker;
  • You have excellent writing skills in Dutch and English.
